Gross! Sorry if this has already been discussed. I don't usually buy Capri Sun, but I wanted to share.

It is caused by damaged packets, just carefully check over the package and you won't have an issue. I have worked in quality assurance in a industry bakery. You need to carefully look over all packages, if you suspect damage call the company and request a replacement. I have certain companys that I refuse to buy their product because I am unsatified with their seals. I am the weirdo who checks the seals on packages at the grocery store.

I saw this on FB a couple days ago. So gross. I think the packages were damaged though and it's not a common thing. It won't keep me from buying them (not that I have thus far, but DD might talk me into it someday) but I'll carefully check over the packaging first!

Ew. When I taught elementary school my class was part of a program where we up cycled Capri Sun pouches. We had to cut them open and wash them. There were some totally nasty ones and my room always smelled like wine.

I think that lady from NC was a friend of my cousin's. I remember her posting about it awhile back. Bleh...yeah, I won't touch any pouch drinks after hearing about that. No Capri Sun or Koolaid Jammerz or whatever they're called now. I miss Squeeze-its. Do they still make those?
