I was so expecting to love the BJ City Micro, but I don't. All that price stalking for nothing. I'm kind of lukewarm on it. I guess I should have tried harder to find a store that had one I could play with. We currently have a Uppa Vista that we are in love with, but it is just too big to take on planes and we travel fairly regularly because family is several states away. DH is 6'1 and I'm 5'4. The micro was a great height for him, but it just doesn't fold small enough. I also can't get over the fact that the travel bag costs nearly as much as I paid for the whole stroller! So Micro will go to Craig's list and I'm hunting again.
Requirements -
-not too short so DH can comfortably push it
-lightweight
-compact fold
-large canopy - DD already has super sensitive skin so I imagine she should avoid the sun
-recline would get bonus points, but not required
Re: recommend a lightweight umbrella stroller for tall dads
Thanks! I'll check it out.

Never in my arms, but always in my heart.
I was looking at the gluxe but I had a hard time justifying the price despite my love affair with my vista.

I'm 5'5 and DH is 6'7 , we have the uppababy G Luxe which works for both of us perfectly. Light weight umbrella that reclines, and a huge canopy
For a regular stroller we have city mini GT, it has an adjustable handle bar which works great
