Just curious if anyone made it that far? I'm hoping to avoid NICU but I'm also hoping they will be good to go at 37w. These days are draaaaaaaaaaaaagggging.

My scheduled C section was at 38 weeks 4 days, and I would've gone longer if they'd let me. Those last weeks do drag, but you're doing an awesome job of keeping the babies cooking!
My scheduled induction was one day short of 38w. It sucked getting there but it was worth cooking them for a bit longer...
Thank you! At this point we are watching closely for pre-e, as I had a scare yesterday but I would really like to make it as far as possible. It's torture though, as you know! LOL. It gets harder every day.

We are going to schedule next week for probably March 4th. I feel ya on the dragging. I feel like time has just stopped! I have never been more tired in my life. Good Luck!!!!!
my scheduled section was for 37 weeks 6 days...I went into labour 3 hours before! So I guess I made it about as close to 38 weeks as I could have! No nic time, they were with us in the room and I went home 48 hours later.
Currently 39w2d and still cooking. Apparently I have a cervix of steel because I'm not even dilated. My doctor finally decided to induce so I go in tomorrow at 7am and am hoping and praying that I'm able to have the vaginal delivery that I want.
The last few weeks are tiring for sure, but keeping your babies in helps them grow bigger, stronger, and healthier each day. It's hard, but it'll be worth it. Good luck!

I was 38 weeks 1 day. I was never on bed rest and though I had my days I was still getting around running errands up until that point. I did use the electric scooter at target the weekend before my c/s because it was the only way my husband would let me take DD school shopping!
My OB scheduled my csection for 37w5d but Amelia had other plans and I went into labor a few days earlier. I delivered at 37w2d with Amelia measuring 7lbs 12 oz, 20.5" and Owen measuring 6lbs 5 oz, 19.5". Neither had any NICU time and both came home with me four days later.
Good luck!

I was either 38w or 37w4d based on who's calculatios you go off of (based on ovuolation I was 37w4d, based on U/S my OB said 38w). Honestly, my boys could've handled being in there a few extra days, one of mine didn't really have the suck/swallow reflex down.

I'm scheduled for a csection on the 12th and I will be 38 weeks 4 days. This last week is a bit tough but if I wasn't scheduled I think these babies would stay in forever!
I made it to 38 weeks, maybe even 38 and a day. Depending on how you count. Those last 2 weeks between 36-38 were really hard. Every day I thought it could not get worse and it did feel that way. At some point I just wanted to give in and tell them to just take the babies-but like you said avoiding NICU time was important and I figured as tough as it is, it will be the best for everyone.
You can do it-hang in there and rest as much as you can.

LOL - ME TOO! I couldn't take it in the house any more so I scootered my huge butt around Publix lol. People were definitely staring.

I made it to my scheduled c-section at 37 weeks 5 days. My OB had scheduled it for 38 weeks 5 days initially, but the MFM decided she'd rather me deliver between 37 and 38 weeks instead.
You ladies are awesome and inspiring me to push to the finish line!
My singleton was born at 35w1d and spent WEEKS in NICU, so I'd love to bring these girls home with us!

Love this idea! I was actually joking about this the other day with DH! It just might happen.
