  I am sure you could find some on etsy.  I received one really cute one as a gift.  It came from Nordstrom's Rack!

  My SIL made some cute ones. She took cloth diapers and sewed two rows of cute ribbon down the seams.

  I ordered some for a gift off of an etsy site.  Of course, I don't remember which one.  I just searched and ordered the ones I liked best.  They turned out great.  (Helpful, huh?)

  The best (and most absorbent) ones I've found are diapers.  The pp that suggested sewing ribbon down the seams had a good idea.  I got some really fancy ones but they didn't absorb well and I had a spitter.

  We make some ultra absorbent ones with an embroidered "cushy" outer/ fleece liner/ and knit back side (making them reversible)

  my friend made me some.  If you (or if you know someone who can) sew it's easy.  She used cloth diapers and cut pretty fabric to fit the absorbant part that's in the middle then stitched the fabric onto that part.
