Kale Chips!! They satisfy my salty crunchy craving without having to resort to potato chips. I make mine in a food dehydrator but there are some great oven dried recipes out there too.
I was eating baby carrots until I found out they were dipped in chlorine as a preservative! Had no idea!!! Organic ones are ok, but hard to find. I love apples and bananas, greek yogurt too!
I like veggie chips and/or raw veggies with hummus. Also roasted cashews and craisens. When I have a sweet tooth I love an oj and mixed fruit smoothie.
My 2 girls, both born on a Friday the 13th, are exactly 2 years, 2 months, 2 hours and 2 minutes apart! And Baby Boy joined us October 11, 2013!
I'm loving chips and hummus right now (trader joes black bean quiona chips are a healthy choice) and also the Pure Apple Bars ... expensive but I love them right now.

English cucumber and green bell pepper strips dipped in roasted red pepper hummus. Baby carrots and a laughing cow cheese wedge to dip. cottage cheese with black pepper on rosemary triscuits. Clemetines. Apple slices dipped in Greek yogurt pink lady apples are my favorite. Soooo good.
Unfortunately, lately I've been living on no sugar added apple sauce, frozen peaches and strawberries, and pickles because its all I can keep down.
I eat a really healthy diet so our meals are always healthy. I make a lot of soups. Minestrone is my favorite.
I pack a bag every morning with food. I always have 3 pieces of fruit, Greek yogurt, baby carrots and hummus, pudding snack , and whatever I am having for lunch. Sometimes I carry packets of instant oatmeal and I always have decaf tea bags with me. And of course a big bottle of water.

For dinners, I use Skinnytaste for inspiration all the time! I made her stuffed Buffalo chicken breast last week and it was to die for!
Almonds. Love them!
