I'm starting to get desperate. My 9 month old son still wakes up once or twice in the middle of the night to eat. Any advice on how to get him to stop waking to eat?!
Honestly, if he's hungry, he's hungry. You can try upping his daytime milk intake to try to stave off his hunger, but babies don't STTN until they're ready. Sometimes that's 4 months, sometimes a year, sometimes later.

You say that a lot on these boards huh?! lol If your baby is hungry and actually finishing bottles then he's hungry. Feed him. It won't be this way forever
Lol right? When people stop asking the same question over and over, I'll stop answering it the same way

This. It is completely normal for your baby to be getting up still.
Are you BFing? If so, cluster feed in the mornings and evenings to boost his daytime calories. See if that helps. I nurse my babe once in the MOTN and don't plan to stop that anytime soon.
My LO is almost 8 months and still wakes up once or twice in the night, sometimes more. I was about to start trying some sleep training, but now she's cut her first tooth, so I'm thinking this may not be the best time :P I'm really hoping once the teething settles down a bit, we'll be able to start sleep training to get her thorugh the night. One thing that seems to help a bit (i.e., she wakes up less) is feeding her cereal just before bed. I guess it fills her up a bit more and helps her to sleep longer. I find though that she still will wake up 2-4 hours after and wants to nurse.
