  I would get something like the Jujube Be Quick and just keep a couple diapers, wipes and a pacifier or whatever else you might need in there.

  I would get a cute diaper changing clutch, something you could use by itself or put in one of your regular purses.

  I haven't used it yet, but I have the Ju-Ju-Be Be Hip, and it's small and seems perfect for quick trips.  Better yet, it's half price on JJB because they're phasing it out.

  I have a PPB Crosstown Clutch and I really love it. It's small like a little pocketbook and fits nicely under your shoulder, but it's roomy enough to hold 3-4 diapers, wipes, my nursing cover (or an extra outfit, or an A&A blanket if rolled up) and my cell phone. I was a little afraid I'd not have a use for a bag this size, but I really like it!

  I also have a $12 JJ Cole changing pad and pouch thing that bought because I needed the changing pad for downstairs and it was the cheapest option. I actually found another one at a consignment store and I bought with plans tol keep in the car or stoller all the time, it's pretty much just small enough for a few diapers and wipes, or it could also be thrown in a larger regular purse.

  I love my diapees and wipees. I throw it in my purse with a couple other things and I am good to go.
