How do you find a moms group?

I am 25 and pregnant with my first child. I live in the st. charles area and really would like to get into a moms group with women that have young children or are pregnant themselves, but i am not really sure how i go about finding one. I am a nurse so only work 3 days a week, so my LO and I will have plenty of time to be out and about. Any advice? Thanks ladies!

Missouri baptist has them. I think tues am is for breast feeding, and wed am is for any moms. I haven't been to any yet.

At MoBap, the Mom and Me group is Tuesday mornings at 10am and the breastfeeding group is Thursday mornings at 10am. Both have been really helpful.
