Babies: 6 - 9 Months

sign language

we're interested in starting sign language with our baby but have no clue where to start. can anyone recommend something? i'm thinking a DVD would be best but if there's a really good book out there that works, it would be great. I have heard really good things about Signing Time but there are a lot of volumes out there.

does anyone have any tips about learning and communicating sign language for the little ones?

Re: sign language

  • Our older one is in developmental therapy and I asked his therapist about this.  She does a lot of signs with him and we are sign language newbies.  She recommended looking a youtube videos.
