Twice tonight found him on his tummy. Now what, do I need to stop using it? Granted, might be a good opportunity to wean since the largest size is getting snug. TIA

You can try using rolled up blankets or towels on either side of him. Or, yes, you could wean. If he's growing out of it, might be a good time, I agree.

I just stopping using it because he rolls in it but can't roll back and wakes up crying. Just doing it cold turkey so far so good
