Except without the painful peeing.
I swear on my grandmother's grave, I felt like I needed to pee every 10 minutes (and there were at least a dozen times when I did go within 10 minutes) and then I would only pee a tiny amount, despite feeling like my bladder was about to burst.
I work 12-13 hour shifts. Yesterday was incredibly hectic, with the patient next door to mine coding for over an hour (so of course I had to participate, being right next door). Today, that same patient next door to mine had another emergency.
I still have 4.5 months to go! How the heck am I supposed to work if I have to pee?!? My groin is raw from my underwear rubbing me wrong the whole day. I can see it now: "Excuse me, but could you just have your heart attack/flash pulmonary edema/brain herniation/etc. in 10 minute increments? I have to pee every 10 minutes. Thanks. And don't mind me walking like John Wayne after 5 days in the saddle. My groin is just raw."

Expecting Boy/Girl Twins! My babies were born 4/23/13 at 36w1d!
I have no idea how it would be with twins. I also felt better about 28 weeks last time. Starting 35 or 36 weeks, I was miserable all around. Thankfully DD decided to show at 38 1/2 weeks.

Yeah, there's a lot they don't tell you, isn't there?! That was my thought during my first pregnancy (I have mentioned the loss of an entire cup size post-nursing, right? But I digress).
A maternity support belt might be helpful for you. I use one during the third trimester, mainly for exercising (so baby doesn't bounce on my bladder, OUCH), but they can be used in everyday life too. They help hold everything up and off the bladder, plus they can be helpful if you have lower back pain. The one I use is similar to this one:

However, there are many different styles available. Just Google "maternity support belt". Hope you find some relief soon!
I may have to look into the maternity support belt. It will be fun to wear it along with my anti-sciatica belt. But it beats peeing my pants!
