I need a carrier recommendation. I have a moby and I hate it. I want something quick and easy to get in and out of. Noncumbersome so I can use it around the house while I do chores. Something that won't toast baby and me. Something that will last a while so I get my money's worth. Something easy to nurse in. TIA.
Re: Recommend a carrier please.
I like a mei tai, but that still has the long straps to tie. If you like the moby once it's on, the k'tan is similar but without the length. Or you could go for an Ergo and an infant insert; you'll use that for up to a couple years and it's very comfy, but pretty hot with the insert.
My pick is an infantino wrap-and-tie (aka sash) for newborn, ergo and ring sling for later.

Well Drea beat me to suggesting my siggy link to learn about options
But I'd also add it's worth seeing if you have a group near you to try stuff on before you buy. Mei tai would be my first choice for quick and suitable for a young baby.
