Lovely new symptoms

So my head has been itching like crazy the last few days. I teach second grade so I instantly think lice, but its not. I googled this symptom and apparently it can be related to pregnancy. Also around the same time my gums have started bleeding a lot when I brush. Didn't have either of these symptoms with my daughter. Anyone else?

    My scalp has been itching like crazy the past few days! I was scratching it a lot at a superbowl party yesterday and people probably thought I did have lice. I had bleeding gums in the beginning but so far that hasn't returned.

    My scalp itches too and hurts!! For a couple weeks I could hardly wash or brush my hair. It's letting up a little, thankfully.

    When I'm pregnant my skin gets super dry all over.  I also end up having to moisturize my hair even more often then normal because of the dry scalp.

    Glad you posted this because I am having the same issue and had no idea it was related to my pregnancy! I too thought lice, as I am a PE teacher in an elementary school. Good to know I was wrong!
