Chicco car seat and bundle me

I forget does the bundle me go under the newborn insert or on top of it?

ER 7/14/12 6R 5F, ET 7/17 3 embies, beta #1 7/26: 147, beta #2 7/28: 326, beta#3 7/30: 422...ugh, beta#4 7/31: 607...hopeful, beta #5 8/2: 1280, beta #6 8/7: 7184 and u/s shows 1 possibly 2 sacs! 8/14 2 beautiful heartbeats! 9/24 we are TEAM BLUE!!!!!

    I dont know for sure, mine were out of the infant insert when we used the bundle me, but I imagine the infant insert goes on top.

    On top. Although in all honesty I returned mine. The straps didn't hold LO in as well. And our pediatrician strongly advised against using them.

    The bundle me are not safe to use and Chicco recommends not using them in their manual.  I would return yours for an umbrella style one that does not go behind the child just over the seat.  I use that with my 12 wk old twins and just tuck a light blanket over the straps and under the cover and that keeps them plenty warm and safe.
