Prenatal Yoga in Columbia Heights?

Does anyone currently go to, or plan to go to prenatal yoga in Columbia Heights? If so, where is a good place to go? and when would be a good time to start? I'm currently in my first trimester...

    Hi fellow first trimester friend! I am 7 weeks and am doing yoga. From the sounds of things you don't have to worry about it until you start to show, but I plan to do the classes at Virginia hospital center because I am in arlington. Also, I heard sun and moon yoga has a prenatal class on Thursday evenings. My guess is your OB will have recommendations. Good luck!

    Thanks, I'll definitely look into the sun and moon yoga and ask my OB for recommendations. I just want to make sure I'm doing some type of workout. :

    Boundless Yoga on 13th and U has prenatal classes.  I go to the Saturday afternoon one and love it.
