Bottle/sippy cup help!!!!

Ok, today begins week #3 of trying to get DD to take the bottle or sippy cup. She has been EBF and now it I am ready to wean. She was taking bottles every so often and never had a problem...now as I'm dropping feedings, she is absolutely refusing any bottle or sippy cup. I've tried different brands, I've had other people try and feed her. I've tried breast milk, formula, even water with a bit of juice in it. She will not take anything! And I'm not talking like she just doesn't want it....she will be perfectly content and happy and as soon as I even offer her the cup, she cries and cries!
I've put weaning on hold, but I can't just stop completely because even the lactation consultant agreed that I needed to stop because I keep getting mastitis and I can't be on antibiotics anymore. She's not starving because she's a champ at solids, but I'm worried that she's missing nutrients from breast milk or formula and that she'll get dehydrated (we've been dealing with some constipation).
Anyway, any and all advice is appreciated!!!

Will do. Tried a plain cup with no luck, but it was only once, so I need to try some more. I'm sorry you are having the same issue, but I'm glad to know it's not just me!!!
