I posed this in April 2012, but does anyone have suggestions on how to use it? I've got open boxes, so I can't donate them. and I've found a pancake recipe and a cookie recipe online.
any other suggestions?

With my girls I just used it as a breakfast cereal like cream of wheat until it was gone - I would mix it with formula/milk, add raisins or cooked apples to it, and fed it to them. Most of them are iron fortified and I didn't want to waste it. Never really thought about using it to make other food with.
