Success after IF

This cramping is making my brain think to much :(

So I am 4 weeks 3 days pregnant after our 2nd IUI cycle and for about the past 3-4 days I've had what feels like period cramps, like I'm about to get my period. I don't remember having this with my first 2 pregnancies (until I started miscarrying). It's freaking me out. I know its still super early. But is this normal??? It's making my brain go into overdrive and sending it thinking about my other two pregnancies that ended in miscarriages :( Any one else experience this?? it just doesn't go away, only sometimes then seems to cme back. No bleeding thank god. I am also on progesterone vaginally which can cause some of this? Thanks for your input!!!

Re: This cramping is making my brain think to much :(

  • Early pg symptoms and pms symptoms are very similar. I was so sure I was about to start I never even looked at the stick. Thankfully MH did! I know it's impossible, but try to relax. The symptoms are similar and progesterone causes these symptoms too. Try to relax and take it one day at a time. GL hon.

  • I had lots of cramping early on with both of my pregnancies. I know it is hard, but try not to worry too much. There is a wide range of normal as far as early pregnancy symptoms go. Good luck!

  • This stage is torture. I was convinced I had an ectopic since I was getting weird pains in my belly just after my BFP. It wasn't ectopic, it was DS. You just need to take each day as it comes and try to put your mind off the madness. It is hard, I know. I did not take my own advice back then as I was an obsessed, betabase stalking, symptom googling machine in the first weeks of my pregnancy.

  • I had cramping early in my pregnancy & also my cp.  In my case, I think it was more a side effect of pio.  Like a pp said early pregnancy & AF symptoms are very similar & no two pregnancys are the same, what happens for one may or may not happen for another.  GL!

  • It is totally normal Smile The early cramping is why I thought AF was just going to be late vs. me actually being pregnant.
