I, too, keep stuff for tacos and spaghetti. Those are easy meals.
I also buy lots of chicken breast and ground turkey. Here, lately I've been buying salmon like it's going out of style. I also keep OreIda french fries around and frozen turkey patties. I always stock up on the steamer bags of veggies. They make all kinds with and without sauce. I keep eggs around. Easy dinner for myself when DH works late or when I make breakfast burritos. I also keep low fat string cheese, sugar free 10 cal jello, fruit cups packed in 100% juice, apples and bananas, baby carrots, and whole grain cheese-its around for snack foods.
Chicken breasts, marinades for meat, sweet potatoes wrap them in foil, put in crock pot on high for 4 hours, butternut squash, acorn squash, carrots, broccoli we steam in my rice cooker, apples, eggs, and bananas. Those are our stables.
We usually do bread, but I have been getting the Flat Out wraps for sandwiches.
Egg noodles, cream of everything, packets of ranch dressing mix, rice, chicken thighs, pork chops, Mac & cheese, bacon, we buy beef once a year in the spring, avocado, canned beans, tomato sauce, diced tomato, boxes of rice mix.
Go to meals:
ranch house pork chops (slow cooker)
chicken & dumplings (slow cooker)
chicken flautas
hamburger patties with brown gravy &mashed potatoes
I religiously buy tomatoes, bananas, apples, romaine lettuce, mushrooms and carrots once a week. I try to always have some raspberry chipolte glaze for raspberry chipolte pork because it is so quick and easy to make. For the pantry I always make sure I have dried beans, rice, flour, and tuna.
I always have hummus in the house. I'll dip just about anything in it for a quick lunch or make wraps with chicken, spinach, and feta cheese for dinner.
We also do chicken enchiladas, ground turkey tacos, and lasagna pretty regularly.

My favorite place to shop is Trader Joes. They always have something funky or different.
We love their pre made pizza dough. It's cheap and delicious. We make homemade pizza every Sunday with it.
I also try to buy one new ( or long overdue ) produce item each time we shop. Last week it was artichokes. Just a simple way to keep things exciting.
We eat a lot of produce in our house. I personally am vegan so dried beans, quinoa , and tempeh are also on my staple list.
