  I've been to the one in Bel Air. I didn't care for the doctor too much. I also have a friend who worked with the same doctor and was very happy. I was also so overwhelmed with the amount of tests that needed to be done and just having fertility issues in general that I stopped (by the time I was thinking about starting the process again, I magically became pregnant on my own). Good luck to you! If you have questions or need to talk, let me know, I am very familiar with the processes and tests and stress of it all.

  IUI #1 (Follistim switched over to Menopur injections) - BFN

  Attempted IUI #2 (Menopur injections only cycle) better response on the Menopur then the Follistim combination treatment cycle however my cycle was still canceled due to my eggs not maturing and follicles not growing enough on a high dose of Menopur (Re said I could try a cycle of comid + ovidrel  for an IUI) for my second IUI( praying this works for us)

    Clomid + Ovidrel protocol worked still a BFN as a result

  Attempted cycle  Clomid  + Ovidrel protocol for IUI # 3 (Unable to do this cycle due to a cyst)

  IUI # 3 Clomid+ Ovidrel protocol - BFP    Beta #1 752  Beta #2  1536    Beta #3 3797

  EDD 10/27/14

  Our sweet baby boy arrived on 9/2/14 TTC # 2 Conceived without help- June 2015 July 2015- Miscarriage ( blighted ovum)

  I also went to the Bel Air location.  I was eh on the doctor, but the staff there was great.

  Their Columbia facility is amazing.  I couldn't say enough good things about our experience there.

  I went to GBMC prior to it becomming Shady Grove. I was very happy there. I saw both Yazigi and Katz. I was able to get pregnant with my daughter with them and three more on my own. The experience takes patience and belief that it will happen. Good luck.

  I went to the Bel Air/Towson location....  I saw Dr. Katz.  He was okay but I LOVED the staff in Bel Air, they are the reason I stuck around for more treatments.  

  IUI#1 = 09/10 - Canceled - Dx w/POF
  DE IVF #1= 04/11 - BFP

  I'm 21 weeks pregnant with an IVF baby from the Bel Air/GBMC docs - Katz & Yazigi. I personally liked both of them very much, and the nurses were fantastic. It was like having a "concierge doctor" or something - great with answering emails and phone calls. So much easier to shoot off a quick email to your nurse at work rather than trying to leave a voice mail message and wait for a call back like happens at my regular OB. It was overwhelming, but they walked us through every step. We did all the diagnostic testing for both of us, tried IUI twice, and got lucky on our first IVF. Best of luck to you with whatever you decide!

  Agreed! It was great having a nurse who I could just email and get a really quick reply.  I was also at the GBMC location with Yazigi, and don't have any complaints. Getting appointments was always pretty easy too.

  I went to both the Bel Air/GBMC locations. I saw yazigi and Katz and absolutely loved them both. The nursing staff is bel air is amazing, but I wasn't crazy about the front desk at GBMC.

  I'm 6 weeks pregnant and conceived through the Shady Grove Baltimore Harbor location.  I did not like the Dr. (McClamrock) AT ALL, even though he's one of the best. I would highly recommend a different location.  If you don't care about how you're treated and just want to get pregnant, then its fine. But, I felt like I was just another uterus to him.  He would talk to the nurse about me like I wasn't in the room. The staff was okay but not wonderful. So, if, like me, you're equidistance from a few Shady Grove locations, don't pick Baltimore Harbor.
