Too matchy for my style! I also wonder if people know they want a distinct style for all their children's names, or the first two kids just happen to match and then when naming the third or forth it sounds odd to them to have a different sounding name?
I actually don't think it's that bad! Except for all beginning with the same letter or same two, as you point out, they don't rhyme, follow a theme, etc.
Way too matchy for me! We almost accidentally fell into that pattern - I start with A, my husband is B, our oldest son is C, and our youngest son was almost David! I'm glad we decided on Lucas for him or I would feel locked into an E name for this baby - or feel bad for sticking with the P name we picked out and making her the oddball lol!

My sister had a girl, Ella, and then 4 boys, all T names. It was an accident. The first two just happened. By the third boy, they thought he was the last and didn't want him left out, then they ended up with another. I can see it happening, I tend to gravitate toward B names for boys and my son already is a B name.
But the T's are hard, they are all like 5 yrs apart so a lot of boys similar ages with similar names!
Married on 3.20.2004. It took 30 month, 2 failed adoptions and IVF for our first miracle. We have had 9 foster kids since he was born and started the domestic adoption process when he was 10 month old, we had 4 failed matches in that time. After our daughter was born we brought her home and spent 2 weeks fearing we might lose her because of complications that came up. But Praise God all went through and she is ours forever! Expecting again after IVF
