Other ideas for baby #3. Thanks or those who responded to prior my post for suggestions. Brothers are Eli & Max. What do you think of:

Mila (mee-la)

Audrey

Isla (is this too hard to say /close to Eli)

Charlotte.

What's your favorite sis name & middle name suggestions?

I think Mila is lovely.

Isla is also nice. I don't think you need to worry too much about pronunciation ? it may be new to some people, but it's getting popular fast, so they'll learn. It does sound close to Eli, though, so I'd probably go with Mila.

Audrey and Charlotte are also perfectly fine, just not my cup of tea (I think Audrey's boring and Charlotte is top-10 in my state and I would wager top-3 in my neighborhood).

With Audrey, I like Danielle and Catherine as middle names. With Mila, I like Noelle and Juliet.

I love Isla! It is kind of close to Eli. If you always say them, "Eli, Max and Isla" though, I don't know that it's an issue.
I'd probably avoid Mila just since I prefer not having two with the same initial.

Never been a fan of Audrey but I do love Charlotte as well.

Isla is my favorite, but definitely too close to Eli. So I think I'd choose Audrey, and then Charlotte. Mila is pretty, but it's just not a name I would personally use.

I was just going to reply "Audrey!", but then I thought, "Who doesn't love Breakfast at Tiffany's?" Eli, Max and Holly? : Either way, I still think Audrey is a great choice!

I really like Mila and Isla. However, i do think Isla might be too matchy with Eli. I think Charlotte and Audrey are alright.

Mila and Audrey are tied for me. Love them! Also like Isla. Charlotte is NMS (probably because it rhymes with harlot).

Thanks for your responses. We are having the hardest time and I always thought girl names would be easier than boys because there are so many beautiful names....we have others that we like too and I'm just trying to eliminate.

We are certainly open to other suggestions.

I agree with this. Mila is my favorite of your choices and Mila Kate came to mind right away.
