So I need a little reassurance even though I know the answer.

We just completed a donor egg cycle and transferred one 4AA blast on day 5. I have never made it to day 5 with my own eggs so this was a whole new experience. My doctor only wanted to put one back (we have more frozen) because of the fear of multiples and he said you can't get better than a 4AA blast.

Beta is Tues 2/5. Progesterone and Estrogen levels are doing well -- progesterone at 46 and Estrogen at 200.

So I am just looking for reassurance that no symptoms means nothing. That it would be too soon to get symptoms. My mind starts to wandering during the two week wait! My last two IVFs with my own eggs were all over the place during the two week wait.

I was so sure this would work I almost "felt" pregnant before ET! After ET, I felt blank...no symptoms that couldn't be attributed to estrogen or progesterone I was taking. I didn't get negative, but I started to think it didn't work. Well, I got my BFP on an hpt on 5dp5dt in the evening. Beats was 4 days later at 180. I'm 10 weeks : don't worry! A few days layer I got symptoms...too soon for you now.

The clinic we used (surrogacy) doesn't do any number grades, just letters. We transfered 1 AA and 1 AB. I got a BFP on a $Tree and CBE Digi at 5.5dp5dt. My BETA was at 10dp5dt. I had no symptoms for several weeks and I've never had early symptoms with any of my pg's (the earliest was 5w with my twins). It may or may not have worked, but don't give up because of your lack of symptoms. With DS1 I got a BFP at 10dpo, with my twins it was at 8-9dpo (8 with blood syrum, 9 with urine). When I took the test the morning of 5dp and it came up negative, I was sure the cycle failed, I got the BFP just a few hours later. GL.

It doesn't mean anything.

I've seen successes with symptoms and without, no rhyme and rhythm to it. If it makes you feel better symptoms don't show up for most women until closer to 6 weeks of pregnancy which would be a week or 2 after your beta.

4AA is typically the highest grade at most clinics so that is great.

I just had my first beta today and my only symptoms are that I feel like AF is on her way. BTW, your blast is great. I had a 4BC and got a beta of 53.4 today at 9dp5dt. Hang in there- you are almost there!

Ps: your p4 is great! Mine only clocked in at 19.29.

We did single embryo transfers of high quality blasts with both of our cycles (fresh DE cycle for our daughter and recently an FET). I definitely had my doubts along the way because it felt like we were reducing our chances of success, but logically I knew that with excellent embryos, transferring 2 doesn't increase your chance of success much at all (at least at my clinic). That made me feel better. We were successful with our second fresh DE cycle and I'm getting positive HPT's after this FET.

As for symptoms - the only symptom I had when I was first pregnant with my daughter was feeling thirsty a lot. That didn't kick in until around 8-9dp5dt if I remember right. This time I have the thirst thing again and sore breasts, but the symptoms seem to come and go. So I try not to put too much stock in them.

I honestly did not feel any symptoms until 7-8w, then it was like I got ran over by a train. Also, not everybody gets symptoms. Symptoms come and go too. I would feel normal for a few days, panic, and then they would come back. Enjoy feeling good and good luck!
