Fussy baby. VENT

Lately LO has been unconsolable.  I know he is getting teeth (he has one popping through right now), but this doesn't seem to be painful fussing.  I know this little boy like the back side of my hand and this seems to be willful, temper tantrum throwing, angry fussing. He stomps his feet, tightens up his fists and screams when something gets taken away from him. Or I will get down on the floor to play with him and he will just crawl all over me screaming and yelling and crying. I can tell he is done nursing because he pulls off then goes back on pulls off again.  This hurts, so I stop the session and he yells at me. If I'm not holding him he screams. If I am holding him he screams. I think you get the idea.

Don't get me wrong....he is still a happy baby 1/2 of the time. But the other half is killing me.  He has never been a completely calm baby, but this is something else entirely.  I'm just praying this is a phase. A very quick phase.

    I'm in a similar boat. Especially with the climbing all over you thing. She's been like this for a week. I thought it was teeth but the only sign of teething I see is drool. She's also not into her solids at the moment but wants tons of milk. I wish she'd perk back up, she seems so uncomfortable sometimes. Hope your's gets better too.

    My girl has been like this all day today (she's got a slight temperature). It's only been one day and I'm ready to pull my hair out. It sure is tiring!

    My LO has been like this for about a week now.  He does the same thing,  crawls all over me, and has started throwing temper tantrums.  He screamed the entire time I vacuumed and put away groceries today in his pack n play.  He also has decided to get up the last two mornings at 5 am, and won't go back down.  He has always been an early riser, but more like 6 or 630.

     I'm also hoping this phase ends soon, he used to be such a great independent player.  Now I can't even go to the bathroom without a tantrum.
