Solids question

I make baby food and sometimes use formula to help smooth out the consistency. I usually make a lot and then freeze it for future use. Last night my son had fresh avocado and sweet potatoes that I took from the freezer. After he ate we did his bath and then his 6oz bottle. Same routine every night. Except last night I did give him some Tylenol bc he's teething and hasn't been sleeping too great. Anyway after his bottle I burp him and put him to bed. Last night as I started burping him projectile vomit everywhere! He cried a little after he threw up but then went back to being his happy self. So my question is...could the fact that I made his potatoes with formula be the reason he got sick? You have to use a bottle within an hour anyway so I'm just thinking the food might be bad bc of the formula? Anyone know?
Thanks!!

Re: Solids question

  • I make baby food as well and I don't put formula in it. If anything I use just water to help smooth out any chunks.

Was it his first time with Tylenol?

  • No not his first time with Tylenol. He's getting over being sick and could have just swallowed a lot of mucus. I'm going to use water for his foods from now on just in case.
