What do you put in your baby's sippy cup to drink? I am EBF-ing my daughter, and stay home with my children, so I don't have a need to pump milk. As my daughter begins to learn how to use a sippy cup, I am confused about what I should be filling it with; water? juice? Should I be pumping so that she can practice drinking from the sippy cup with milk????

Water. She only actually drinks about half an oz at a time, helps keep things moving with the solids.

I use water as well. DS has been using a sippy cup since about 5.5 months and he loves it!
