It's a little early to throw out breast pump just because you have small breasts. Your body has not finished changing (they and your nipples are going to get bigger yet). And small breasts can do the trick just as well as big breasts (or better because they won't sag).
FF vs BF is %100 your decision, I'm just adding my 2 cents to make sure it is not an ill-informed decision.
You MUST have a carseat, or they won't let you leave the hospital.
You'll also need baby soap, a rattle or two, and some baby-safe grooming supplies, like nail clippers and q-tips.
Having some first aid type stuff doesn't hurt either: medicine syringe, aspirator, and thermometer.
I'd also get a bouncer as well as a baby carrier (if you plan on baby wearing) and/or stroller.
Also... breast size shouldn't affect your ability to breast feed or pump - it doesn't dictate supply, either. Definitely take to a lactation consultant and/or your OB about this, if BFing is something you'd be remotely interested in
I wouldn't sweat it too much - how far along are you? Some of the things I listed for you *I* still need to get... and I'm almost 38 weeks :X
Needs: Carseat, sheets for the crib (I'm assuming you have a mattress too when you list crib) and a lot more diapers and formula if you plan to formula feed. A newborn goes through at least 8 diapers a day, so 75 diapers would last about 10 days tops.
Other helpful stuff: hooded baby towels, baby washcloths, baby soap/lotion, diaper rash cream, baby bathtub, baby play mat, small baby toys (like rattles), crib mobile, small lamp for nursery, baby monitor, stroller, bouncy seat or pack n play or swing (you will at some point want to put the baby down), excersaucer and or jumperoo for after they are 4 or 5 months old.
That's all I've got right now.
Did you register for your baby shower? They should give you a check list of all your baby must needs. I would wait on buying anymore to see what gifts you get. I'm a STM all the suggestions the other ladies gave you are all things baby will need :. Check with your insurance to see about getting a free breast pump just in case you decide to try. You still have plenty of time still to prepare.

This!! I was small breasted when I had DS and he had no issues and I had no problems producing milk. But you can get a pump afterwards.
That caught my attention too. As a newborn, Ds went through 25 diapers in 2 or 3 days.
This exactly. My chest is tiny and I was an absolute dairy cow with all 3 kids.
You won't need these two things right waya but I wouldn't have survived without:
1.) Swing - We borrowed one from a friend (Fisher Price - rocked multiple ways). I thought it was silly to register for one but my friend assured me I would need it. Boy was she right.
2.) Video Monitor: I had a general monitor but moved to a summer infant shortly around one month. I was constantly freaking out that the baby had flipped or stopped breathing and being able to just glance at a monitor was so much better than getting up every hour. We still use ours and she is two years old.
I'm trying to decide if you're being serious about this, or if you are just trolling? This sentence combined with the random capitalization and grammer errors ... Yeah, I don't know.
Anyway, in case you're being serious, this is not true. The size of your breasts has nothing to do with your ability to breastfeed.
