I'll get us started tonight.
H and I left A with her great aunt tonight and went to see warm bodies. It was cute and funny. Apparently she spent an hour crying, and their youngest, who's 5, kept banging her head on a pillow asking what's wrong with the baby!
She's got a bit of a cold and doesn't seem to want to lay down.. So it looks like another long night of us sleeping upright... Ok, her sleeping upright because who am I kidding, I don't sleep all that well when she's on me.
Hope all of you are having restful nights! :mobile smiley:

I'm excited for tomorrow because DS1 and I are going on a date while Cole stays with DH. I don't get much one on one time with him so it should be nice!
Then Kalista cried for a couple of solid hours and couldn't be soothed no matter what. I was finally able to get her to calm down and nurse in the quiet bedroom, and then she had the most massive projectile spitup ever. She must have had an upset tummy because she fell asleep after that and has been down ever since. I'm really hoping we have a better night's sleep tonight. The 12 week growth spurt can suck it!
It's 1:45 here. Just fed H. I haven't done a MOTN pumping sesh in forever, but I'm contemplating to end the engorgement insanity. Otherwise, it's a pretty typical night here.
Sorry to hear of all the colds! I hope everyone's LO's start recovering and feeling better real soon!
I've had to aspirate LO nose lately (always sounds boogery--is that even a word?). I got the Nosefrida on Amazon--and I thought it would work better than the bulb thing. It kinda does but it pisses him off equally or more so. Not to mention its kinda grosser (that--I'm sure is NOT a word) than the bulb. Maybe because you see what's coming out?
Just fed and put lil guy down. I still can't get over his burps. Even after a dream feed he still burps like Buddy the Elf after downing a 2 liter of coke. It sounds like he's gonna narf all over, but alas no. I swear I need to get it on tape.
Hope everyone get's some rest!
ETA: Grr..mobile formatting!!
Today was an OK day. I cut out dairy this week to see if that was causing the green poop she's been having. And sure enough, poop was back to normal again after 3 weeks. I really love cheese and I was really hoping this wouldn't be the problem. Sigh.
We've been up at 12:30 and now 3:30. Not the best night. Hoping she'll sleep in a bit for me.
was up at 12:30 and now good night for us!!
I went over to my parents for a couple hours while DH took the youth group out snow tubing. They were only there for about an hour when one of the girls fell off her tube and hit her head on the lane divider. She ended up having to go to the hospital because she was unable to answer several questions and was blacking out. Poor DH was really stressed trying to help her.
In all the excitement we really screwed up M's bedtime routine and he was wide awake and fought sleep until 11:30! He did sleep until about 4 though and he usually wakes up at 2ish for the MOTN feeding. So it's 4:20 now and we're up nursing.
Hope everyone gets some sleep. Feel better babies!

Jleigh, I hope the little girl is okay, and that your husband is too.
It's almost 3am.. I put a couple blankets under the pnp mattress and that did wonders! She slept somewhere other than my arms!! So even though she didn't give as long as a stretch as she did when she slept in my arms, I got a better sleep because she was in her bed. Hoping for at least another 4 hour stretch, tomorrow is a busy day of laundry and packing.
Long story long: Last night he fell asleep earlier than normal. I was nervous because that's what he did the night before DVD he was up the next hour screaming, screamed for an hour then was up every 2 hours.
So of course the next hour he was up screaming and screamed for over an hour. I put the phone in the swing with him with the sound machine on and he eventually fell asleep. I was way too nervous about transferring him to the crib, so he stated out in the swing. Now I wish I know how long he would have slept. Where's my crystal ball when I need it?
