So sorry I was such a slacker last week and didn't post, and also that I'm late this week. Work has really been kicking my butt lately!
This is a check-in for ladies who have been around the IF block for a while and were active posters on Infertility Veterans. If you don?t see your info below and would like to be added, please include it in your post or PM me.
Any updates? How are you feeling? Appts coming up?
QOTW: Between getting into 3rd tri soon, work really ramping up these last couple of weeks, and Pretty Accountant running a check in that includes IFVers and PAIFVers... I'd like someone to take over or we can discontinue this check in. Any takers? Other than Roxie, Aegis,and I we aren't getting a lot of responders. Another option would be to make this every two weeks or even just once a month. I dunno, I need some help!!

Baby boy was still breeched as of my appointment last Friday. Due to the number and size of my fibroids, OB doesn't recommend versioning, because he feels there will be issues and I might end up with an emergency c section. He gave me a list of which doctors are on call the week of February 18th (my practice has 11 OB's) and suggested I schedule a c section at my next appointment (tomorrow). We're taking a class on c sections tonight, to familiarize ourselves with the pre-op, surgery and post-op care and plan on scheduling for the 18th. I can't believe we're 2 1/2 weeks out from meeting our son. Also, finally getting around to a breastfeeding class next week
I don't know what to tell you about the check in. It makes me sad to see so few people, but the dynamics of the boards have changed so much in the past year, so it doesn't really surprise me.

I love this check-in! But, I certainly understand why you might want to stop it or transition over to using the Wednesday check-in on IFV instead.
Aegis -- WHAAA?!?! How can you be so close already?!?! Super excited for you and can't wait to hear your updates once your son is here!
Gregermis -- Congrats on almost being to 3rd tri...what an awesome milestone! It must be so great to feel baby bear moving around so much.

Update: all good here. Had to fly to the east coast yesterday and LO literally flipped out again and again during the flight. Next OB in 3 weeks and gD testing coming down the pipeline as well as V day.
Aegis - so close, it feels like yesterday when you got your BFP!
Gregermis - yeah for 3rd already! I also need to find out about that review I need for the pup cakes. If you can let me know, even via FB that would be good.
Sadly, I too see so many changes and this weekly post is a casualty as a result. I would love to see it going but also feel that it is lost a bit. I love all my IFV's and want to ensure we keep in contact some way though and I feel bad posting on the IFV most times and even the FB group. It is just so tough as we have all been through the ringer with our own personal stories.
Multiple ectopics, 2 failed IVF's
IVF #1: Did not get to ET, embies all failed PGD (major chromosomal defects)
IVF #2: We have 2 chromosomally perfect embies as a result of PGD (Boy/Girl) 1 failed the thaw (Girl) Transferred 1, yet ended as a c/p
