  MOONGIRL2467:

  How do you prefer your breakfast eggs? Scrambled Omelet Hard yolk is hard Sunny side up cooked only on one side Over easy cooked on both sides, still runny Or some other way?

  Over medium, which I just learned recently is slight different than over-easy, so the top has been cooked a bit more than over-easy but the yellow yolk is still runny.  This way I can dip my meat or toast into the yolk.

  I like over medium too, or medium boiled. I am a dipper, but too runny makes me gag. They have to be pretty much spot on.

  I LOVE to dip!! But oh my I hate the clear runny that hides.

  It's super good. You pop the yolk, mmm. And the enchilada's are easy to make. Just layer the sauce totillas and cheese and throw in the oven till all melted. Top with the over mediam/easy egg.
