I wanted to thank everyone for there advice and helping me threw everything. The cps investigator is going to follow up with me after she speaks with the Dr.s' And as for my son his oxygen went back up to 98 and they said the RSV needs to run its corse. The good news I now can use my sons nebulizer for my daughter since XH refuses to give it to me during my parenting time. He has denied me phone contact all week but surprisingly he let her talk to me and the first thing she said to me was "Mama I got my flu shot!" so if CPS did anything or not at least he is starting to do what a parent should. Take care of his child's health. I am not a religious person at all but I say this prayer every night and for the first time it made sense. "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change, The courage to change the things I can. And the wisdom to know the difference.

I was afraid to call CPS but I needed the courage to do what I felt in my heart was best for my daughter. If something did happen to her It would of killed me knowing I didn't do nothing about it. Sooooo I'm glad I did. Thank you all again for helping me threw one step and im sure not the last of my struggle in this wonderful thing called parenting time.
