First month temping....I'm all over the place

Hey girls,

so I just started temping this month and my temps are up and down, my chart looks like the rocky mountains. I dont get a lot of sleep at night and defintiely not 3 hours of sleep before I take the temp. Is it possible it's really affecting me?

Provide a link your chart. Mine is pretty rocky, but FF can still decipher, even with the open circles. It has always been that way because my sleep pattern is the same as yours - nonexistent.

If you're not getting 3 hrs before you temp, yes I think it is affecting you. Do you temp at the same time each day?

Also, you said this is your first month temping - is it your first month off of BCP? If so, that would be affecting you too.

Me too, my friend, me too. I have tried to be more consistent with taking my tempat the same time every day which has helped a little I think. It's hard for me cause I have a 9 month old that is still up 4 times a night on average so sleep is iterrupted for me as well, and I'mnot about to set my alarm to wake up to temp when I'm not getting any sleep in the first place. Anywhoo, GL!

This is not my first month trying, i came off BCP in August so it should be out of my system, but this looks cray cray

Are you temping orally? Are you a mouth breather at night? That could also have an effect on your chart

Bc it is the wrong code.
