Gave DH a challenge ....

My 30th birthday is at the end of the month and I really don't want a big party, because I just don't care that much. Anyways, my parents and DH have been asking what I do want and I finally came up with something. I just told DH that I want him to plan, by himself, I really romantic night out for us the weekend before my birthday. Doesn't sound too bad, right? Well long story short DH never can plan something by himself and typically isn't very romantic. Where as I have my head up in the clouds when it comes to romance and would love to just be swept off my feet -- you know candles and roses everywhere, etc. I doubt he'll come up with that, but I'll put him up to the test and hope that he does better than his usual.     OMG, I could gag on the first picture. MH couldn't do that anyways. And that bottom picture, would probably be his normal idea of romantic/funny. Not even kidding ... LOL.

    KU, I totally understand your not-so-romantic DH. Mine is the same! I wish he was more romantic and I think I will have to see how your DH does. Maybe there is hope for mine! The sad part is my DH *thinks* he's being romantic but in reality... He's just not. Haha!
