Yeah, I think it's helpful. DH is almost more of a worrywart about this baby than I am ( strange, I know) and any time she is fussier/ crying more than normal or more hungry or less hungry his reaction is to think : is she sick, should we call the pedi, is this normal? So, I think reading that this is how babies act during this time period due to this developmemt is comforting.
Is it just a bunch if common sense like happiest baby on the block or is it actually helpful? The growth spurt times are interesting. I noticed A followed the 5, 8 schedule instead of the 6, 9 week schedule.
I found it to be very helpful and learned a lot from it (not just common sense stuff).
There is also an app, which doesn't go into as much detail - I like the book better because it explains things more...but the app is only like, $2. I bought the app first and liked what I read, so decided to go ahead and buy the book.
I bought the app too and so far it seems to be on par with the behaviors I see in M. I like the suggestions it gives for activities too.
