It's totally fine that you're not leaking and it doesn't mean anything about the future of your boobs . I started having the capability to leak (if I squeezed) at around 25 weeks but I never just leak. This is my second and my boobs did just fine the first time around.

I'm not. Although I've had some strange crustiness in the mornings (so either dry or something's coming out at night). I did leak toward the end with my DS, but my milk didn't come in for 4 days after delivery - go figure!
I havent either and I was starting to get paranoid about it! I had pierced the nips in college (ya ya, I know.. ) and I am really nervous that will now intefere with my ability to BF. I was actually going to post about it...

I BF'ed DS for 15 months and only leaked the first night he slept through the night (and it was literally a few drops). I asked the LC about it and she said some people just have well regulated breasts. It doesn't mean anything about inadequate production.
So glad to know I am not alone. I think I leaked a bit during my last pregnancy, but not much at all. Occasionally I would wake up with a very small amount of crusty stuff around my nipples and that was it - I never had wet spots on my shirt or bra, even after I had the baby and was nursing. After my daughter was born, it took about 5 days for my milk to come in and I nursed her for almost 18 months. I don't recall ever leaking much during that time either.
Ha! Lovely mental image... if it makes you feel any better, we're bone dry over here too (31 weeks tomorrow). I'm not worried about it though... I honestly don't need them to get any bigger than they already are!

I haven't, and the LC at our baby class over the weekend said that's perfectly normal. I'm fine with it since it's normal...I'm paranoid about having it happen at work or something and having huge wet spots!

Mine were pierced too and its not an issue. You mind find you have a slightly faster flow and that you need to do warm clothes occasionally to not get milk bubbles where the piercing holes were. Or you might not have anything out of the ordinary, I've never heard of more than minor quirks.
I'm not leaking and it's really weird considering my prolactin levels were so high pre-pregnancy because of a benign tumor on my pituitary gland that I leaked constantly and had to take medicine to make it stop! Now that I'm actually getting ready to give birth I've got nothing. I'm not worried though. I'm sure my milk will come in just as it did with DD after I deliver.
We actually just touched on this is my OB/maternity nursing class! Most womens milk doesnt come in until the 2nd or 3rd day after birth! I don't think its as commmon as it sounds to leak. I am in the same boat as you- no leakage!
Maybe I'm alone on this, but I'm not leaking and I'm pretty happy about it. I fully intend to BF my baby, but until that time I'm perfectly happy to have everything stay put. I'm too busy at work right now to have to worry about having leak marks on my shirt... :-/

I haven't leaked at all.
Heck they haven't even gotten bigger at all either! That was one of the things I was kind of looking forward to, too.. lol
I do plan to breast feed so hopefully when she's born, or close to it, the milk will come in!
