Zulily

I am a Zulily virgin. Anyone have any trouble ordering from them? Is there anyone who doesn't recommend it? They have cute stuff, but I have no experience other than seeing A TON of ads!?

Re: Zulily

  • I would definitely recommend it, if you're not wanting the item ASAP. It typically takes 3-5 weeks to get an item. Also, some deals aren't as great as they may appear -- for instance, I was looking at getting a play kitchen for DD#1  for Christmas and the one I wanted went on sale at Zulily, I double checked Amazon's price, and turns out it would have been slightly cheaper on Amazon at the time. So just double check prices before you go and spend a bunch of money of something that Zulily claims is a huge price cut.

  • You can get great deals, but it can take awhile to get the item. Also, you can return anything so make sure it's exactly the right size.

  • Never had a problem, I just think shipping is expensive and takes a while but sometimes that's the price you pay for a sweet deal on cute stuff ;]

  • It does take a while to get whatever you order, however i will say that I ordered a set of ceramic cannisters (like for  flour, sugar, coffee, etc) and when they got here, one was broken so I emailed their customer service and asked what I should do (thinking I'd have to ship it back) and they told me to keep it AND reimbursed me what I paid for the item...not bad since the other 6 were in perfect condition.  I'm a fan...
