Double Stroller Advice...

So... my son is 9 months old aaaand we are having another baby in the fall - ahh! So excited and thankful but also really nervous. I am a SAHM and it will be different to have a small baby when it is getting cold outside since my first was born in warm weather.  We like to go out a lot and he has TONS of energy so I am wondering if I need to get a double stroller or not.  I have a baby bjorn carrier that I love but I am considering getting a moby wrap for baby 2.  I figure by the time it is nice enough to go outside for walks baby 2 will be about 5 or 6 months old and baby 1 will be almost 2.  I know I don't want a stand and ride stroller because he will be all over the place. Is it worth it to get a double stroller? Or should I just use the carrier for the baby and the stroller for my 2 year old? How long would he even be in a stroller? No idea what to do... suggestions?? Thank you!!

    I have the graco double stroller so excited to use it I'm due in April and have a 9 month old also... He will be just under 1. You might want to get one because you might need it though he winter and you'll prob use it when ds it 2 because he won't want to walk for a long time so I your doing something that requires all day walking you'll need it!     DD1 was 18 months old when DD2 was born. I used the heck out my double stroller that first year. Even in the winter, I used it numerous times each week to go to the library, walk around the mall, at the Children's Museum (I'm a SAHM as well). There were times I wore DD2 but I still couldn't have gotten by without the double stroller.

    Now that DD1 is 3, she prefers to walk so I'm generally back to using a single stroller for DD2.

    My DD was 13.5 months when my DS was born so I feel like a double stroller was necessary. We used it a lot! We only recently stopped using the City Mini (DD is 2.5 now) and have graduated to the Sit N Stand, which is working out really well. I'm a SAHM too and I found I used that double stroller at least a few times a week that p entire 1st year. 

    If I had to chose between my double stroller and my Ergo though, I would have chosen the Ergo hands down. I used that to death and I could have survived without the stroller. It was a nice to have, but the Ergo was a need to have.

    I'd recommend the Britax B-ready. When it was just DS, we had a city mini, and I loved it. But with having 2U2, and knowing I wanted to have another baby again, I wanted a stroller that I can add and take away seats on... I figure it would save us money. So we went with the B-ready, I love it, we have a Ergo, which is ok, I am not really a baby wearer, I do like it better than the moby though.
