My randoms:
1 A good friend of mine just had twin boys. She keeps joking that we should have twins. I freak out a little every time she brings it up!
2 4 more days until my first u/s!! Squee!!!
3 This has been a sh!tastic night and I can't wait for it to end... Speaking of such, my drama queen needs pain meds. Bleh.

2. I was up late last night to make mini pancakes for DS because we are out of bananas. If there wasn't somethin to make quick there would have been an epic meltdown.
3. Had u/s yesterday and got to see little bean. DH had to drive because of the snow storm. Good thing he drives semi in the crap so I wasn't worried lol
4. I can't wait till around May when I can finally quit my job. Im so sick of working weekend and we need to get use out of our camper we bought in august last year. And camping should be interesting this year waddling around the campground.

I am hoping our tax refund will cover our credit card debt. After DH not working for a month (his insurance didn't cover much) and then the holidays, we can definitely use the help.
Proof that my big girl (DD1) is in fact a big girl: At 18 months, DD2 is as tall as DD1 was at 12 months. Yup. Big Girl is Big.
DH wants to go out and play D& tomorrow night, and then out again Sunday to watch the Super Bowl with his friends. I really don't mind, but he feels bad about, so I think I'm gonna try to get a foot rub out of it
1) I like prunes. Like them enough to keep a canister of them on my desk for easy and frequent snacking.
2) I guess my ex must feel that I've moved on emotionally because he sent me a long message on Facebook telling me that even though he knows we're different people and he can't change anything, he's sorry that he tried to fake it/knows he fcuked up/hates himself for causing me and the kids pain etc. It's a nice sentiment, I suppose. I'm glad he sent it because it's an open admission that he gets it. But I didn't feel any stirrings in my heart as I read it. I'm sorry he feels bad, but he's right. It is what it is and we can't change it.
3) I really, really, really, really, really, REALLY want to go to McDonald's for breakfast. Somebody stop me!

Lj slept with us last night. By the sounds of the wind I believed there was a tornado right outside the window all.night.long. We are alive and well though! I was just afraid a tree would snap and smush us.
I'm going to start cleaning out our spare room this weekend. I'm stoked even though its a hot mess.
i man handled a tree this morning that had fallen across nanny folks driveway. I didn't feel like calling nanny dad. He gets grumpy in the morning.
Im praying that we get enough back from taxes to cover two loans that we took out to pay Ljs med bills in full and have a little bit left over for a down payment on dh a truck.
I never brag on dh, but he is an amazing man and has always put his stuff on the back burner for me. Though he doesn't know it, I've budgeted the past few months and will have all of our debts paid off next month. I did this so we will be ready for a payment for him a truck.
Lastly, I do not want to get bil a gift for his engagement/ house warming party. I've actually given them some decor and kitchen knick knacks and I don't feel like they were appreciated.

1. When I saw the list of randoms, I thought you were Kimbus. I was a bit confused by the ultrasound comment. Ha.
2. I have my anatomy scan today, and I'm a bit terrified, either that they will find twins, or something will be wrong. Being on my own makes me paranoid, and I can't wait for DH to get here.
3. I'm a lazy bum and my house still isn't unpacked. My bedroom is the worst because I haven't moved DS to his room yet, and I can't get anything done if he's asleep in my room. I just like having him close to me at night.
- Someone please take me away on a vacation...like now. Winter is so depressing.
- I want to go to Waffle House and devour a smothered, covered, diced, sliced, topped large hashbrown! Wish it was my food cheat day.
- If my coworker will not stop walking by and staring at me every time he does, I'm gonna throw something at him next time.
NF it's nice that your ex is showing some sort of acknowledgement. Even nicer that you are over him!!
LJ glad you are safe!
1. My boobs hurt. Good god I'm engorged. I don't remember hurting this much last time. I may be making it worse by pumping on top of BF, but I keep pumping simply for relief. I pumped twice yesterday for only 3 minutes and got 16 oz.
2. DD keeps power bombing my chest and my girls might explode one of these times.
3. A girl that I used to work with was KU and due 3.5 weeks before me. Her baby was late and mine was early, we had our babes on the same day! What are the chances of that?!?
Ladybug, good luck at your a/s today!!!
1. DH and I hung a photo collage and some sconces on our living room wall last night. We have lived here for five years, and the walls are still bare. I'm awful about decorating!
2. Now that DD seems to be back to STTN, I'm afraid to mess with a good thing and put her in the twin bed. I think we may wait a little longer than I initially thought, since we won't need the crib until #2 is a few months old anyway.
3. I miss DH. I know that's silly, I see him constantly since he works at the house. But I feel like it's been awhile since we had some good quality time together. It hasn't helped that I'm grumpy and tired at the end of the day, so I haven't been very good company. I think we need a date night, and soon. In fact, I think I might set one up for this weekend and try to surprise him
Not silly at all. Sometimes I'll ask DH to just hang out in the kitchen with me while I finish cooking/cleaning. I don't need his help, but it gives us a chance to just talk. A date night sounds like a lot more fun than hanging out in the kitchen, though
NF I'm glad that exH if finally starting to come around. When he realizes that he's an azz maybe he'll stop being one!
