Thankful Thursday
I did this post on the 3TC board and really enjoyed doing it and reading everyone's response, so I thought I could do it over here.
The point is every Thursday to take a moment and think of what we are thankful for. On this journey our lives are filled with lots of highs and lows, and we all deal with too many BFN's!!! I feel it's good to remember there are BFP out there too, even in our lives now.
So please share what you are thankful for today.

5-1-12: DX of PCOS
5-4-12: DH S/A all normal.
5-16-12: Offically start IUI#1-->Clomid(50mg) + Trigger + IUI + progesterone supplements=BFN
IUI #2-same treatment-->BFN
July IUI#3-same treatment--->BFN
Aug 22, 2012-Laparoscopy Found/Removed extensive endometreosis.
September 2012-IUI #4-Same treatment as before. BFN
October 2012-forced break/Surgery to remove abnormal cells in left breast.
November 2012-First Injects Cycle (IUI #5)! 225IU Follistim CD 3-5, then monitoring appointment. 20+ follier & e2 >2000-Mild OHSS
December 2012-#2 Injects + IUI#6): Beta 1/18/13-BFN!
Jan 2013-Starting IVF!!! BC starts Jan 17/Lupron on Feb 13/Stims on Feb 18/ER on March 1 IVF Protocol: Lupron 10 units in am until stimms. Then 5 units of Lurpon in am, 150iu of Follistim and 1 unit of Menopur in pm. Holding dosage throughtout since response has been great. Thought we would be freeze all due to OHSS, but ended up getting more follicles then expected! 14 total!!! 12 mature and 11 fertilized. Dr calls for a 5 day transfer!!
Will freeze remaining.

I'll play:-) I'm am so very thankful for my wonderful DH and our great marriage. He is one awesome dude. I am very thankful for the health of us and our families, for our great jobs, our beautiful house that we are finally done renovating, and this week I'm extremely greatful for 4 lazy days off to distress and reconnect.
10/11: after 2 years, saw a RE, FSH 5.4
11/11: BFP! (surprise after thyroid & normal hsg),
12/11: missed m/c after 7 week u/s, 1/12: D&C
6/12 IUI#1-IUI #3: clomid = BFP!, C/P
IVF #1(10/12) FSH 5.4, AFC: 16 long Lupron, 5R/5M/4F, all 4 made it to 5dt, 1 blast/1-8 cell transferred=BFN
IVF #2(12/12)AFC 21, MD lupron, 4R/4M/3F, 5dt of 1 blast and 2-8cell. BFN.
IVF#3(4/13) Natural start antagon protocol, 12R,11F. one PGS normal at day 6 transfer. BFN.
IVF#4 (11/13) C.CRM (ODW.U normal 8/13 Still no Diagnosis) EPP/antagonist. ER 13R/7M/6F. Only 1 made it to freeze. Abnormal. Looking into options of DE, Fresh vs frozen.
10/14 new local RE to look into what's next. CD3 FSH 4.7, AMH 0.9. Met with DE agencies and exploring options for feb/march 2015.
Surprise natural bfp (4 days before donor is signed). Beta #1 at 9dpo: 51.8, 2nd beta: 195 (25 hours doubling) @11dpo. 3rd beta (12/15): 516 (35 hrs doubling) 4th beta(12/17): 895 (58 hours doubling) 5th beta(12/19): 2120. U/S at 5w0d(12/22): one gestational sac with yolk sac. U/S #2 (6w0d)12/29. One little bean measuring 6w0d with HR 124. 3rd u/s(1/4)7w0d: baby measuring 7w2d. HR 134. 3/30: A/S at MFM went great except for low lying placenta. Verifi results are normal! Team Blue! Please send any positive thoughts our way! EDD:8/24/2015

I'm thankful that today is weigh in day and I've lost almost 2lbs even though I'm shooting for 1lb a week

Good idea! I had a really crummy morning trying to get to my monitoring appt, 1 hr away, then their power was out and I had to drive another hour to a different clinic, then drive 1.5 hours to work!
But, I am thankful I have a job to go to and healthcare to pay for that appointment. I am thankful for my DH and my inlaws who keep me sane during this IF rollercoaster! Also, thankful for this board and you ladies that help put things in perspective and gives loads of advice!

I'm thankful for my DH, not only for his support throughout this entire journey but for the way he makes me laugh and tries to distract me during the 2ww. I'm also really thankful for this board and all of the support I've received here, it's so nice to know that I'm not alone. I'm also thankful for our 2 frosties!
And last but not least, along with the TV theme, I'm thankful that a new episode of Scandal is on tonight, you can't leave me hanging for 2 weeks!

11/12: Dx: Congenital Bilateral Absense of the Vas Deferens.
Genetic Testing needed as this is a mutation of Cystic Fibrosis.
IVF #1 with ICSI planned for 2013.

Today I am thankful for my absolute favorite cousin, who is basically a sister to me, who discovered the most amazing hole-in-the-wall sushi place ever that is also a BYOB and that we are going there tonight! Come on, 7pm!!
ETA: I am also thankful that I am able to indulge in some wine & sushi...but hopefully not for long!!
DX: DH (30) severe MFI, severely low count & low motility
Me (32): all clear
Appt with Urologist 5/21/12: exam, ultrasound, bloodwork all normal.
Testicular Biopsy with TESE on 6/8/12. good sperm found! (left side only) froze sperm, failed thaw test
Orientation for IVF/ICSI on 6/13/12. Waiting for the green light following biopsy results...results show adequate sperm production both sides.
2nd SA 6/18/12: sample is "adequate for ICSI"
Plan: IVF/ICSI July 2012!
ER: 7/26/12. 15 eggs retrieved, all mature.
TESE/TESA/aspiration from epididymis, no motile sperm found
froze all eggs, the saga of praying for good sperm continues.
8/3/12: 2nd opinion from MFI uro on biopsy slides. Suspects "partial late maturation arrest."
Plan: more SAs, third biopsy/TESE with frozen back-up either from DH or DS.
SA 8/17/12: Zero sperm
SA 8/23/12: Zero sperm
9/26/12: SPERM FOUND! 15 eggs thawed, 12 survived and were ICSI'd, only 3 fertilized normally. Refrozen as embies and will thaw in Nov. Please survive and grow!
All 3 survived the thaw on 11/15/12!
FET 11/17/12: transferred 2, one 4B, one 4C. Beta 11/30:BFFN

I am thankful for getting a keratin treatment tonight! I am so excited to not have to straighten my hair every morning!

I am so thankful for my mom and grandma who are currently deep cleaning my house. They have been offering for a while and I just couldn't resist this time. Jeff started a new, very intense job and I have been working so much overtime and it needs it.

This is a great idea! I needed this today because it has not been a good two days.
Today I am so thankful for my husband's laugh. This morning I started crying for no reason and he busted in to a dance and started singing "Baby Got Back" and then could not stop laughing. His song and dance annoyed me at first but his laugh always makes me smile. There is nothing that I love hearing more than his laugh.
Sorry for the crazy huge pics!!!Trying to fix it! lol!

Trying for a baby since 4/10
DX: Infertile 6/11 Me: LPD, all other blood work clear.
DH: low sperm motility,low count.
Met with RE start clomid + TI + IUI 5/12= IUI cancelled due to positive Cystic Fibrosis carrier test. DH tested Neg. for Cystic Fibrosis,
6/12 Clomid + TI +IUI=BFN 8/10 IVF consult.
IVF #1 Started BCP 9/2 Lupron 10/11 stims 10/27 ER 11/6!! 5 eggs retreived only 1 mature. FERT report shows none made it.Cancelled cycle.
IVF #2 BCP 11/18 Lupron 12/14

That's awesome! My H also has a fear of needles but has vowed to try and overcome it as well.
