So how many times a day should a 4.5 month old poop. My LO will go twice in one day like every 1-2 days. Is that okay? She pooped yesterday once but then twice today. Just wondering if this is something normal or should I call her doctor?

Normal. Unless its really hard like pellets or has blood in it, your LO is probably okay. :]
