Glider/rocker recs?

I want to get a glider/rocker chair thingy for my nursery so I can sit with my twins and soothe them... but I don't know any good brands and the lady at the store pointed me directly to the most expensive one (at $2,500 including the rocking ottoman).

I am budget conscious, so I'm trying to figure out what I need to add to my "coupon/sale watch" list...

Did you have one? what brand?

Hagen Glider with ottoman I think all together it was $800.

We ordered the Kamilla by Best Chairs Storytime Series from Buy Buy Baby. We're waiting for it to arrive. We used a 20 percent off coupon on the chair and another one on the ottoman and we came in under $600. I managed to talk them into waiving the delivery fee, too. Remember, most Buy Buy Baby stores will accept unexpired Bed Bath and Beyond coupons.

We have 2 Best brand gliders. They recline like a lazy boy so no separate ottomon needed. Ordered them from a baby furniture boutique and had over 50 different fabrics we could choose from. I think they were running a special but they were around $600 each. The quality has been great so far, no issues at all.

Of all the gliders we tried, I liked Dutailier gliders the best -- they seemed most comfortable and the less expensive ones are made well for the price.

This is the only expensive item in our nursery! (Major thanks to my grandma who covered it for us.) We went with Best Chairs Tryp recliner - https://www.besthf.com/best/Storytime/Recliners/items/TRYP. It's SO cushy and comfy. Everyone loves it.

We got it for 10% off when the local store had a sale. The base price is like $730 I think. Both DH and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I can't wait for LO to arrive so we can start using it for more than just watching netflix on our phones.

I didn't want a wooden glider but also didn't want to spend a ton. I found the Babyletto Madison on Amazon for $300. I don't have it yet but it hopefully I will love it.

We bought it in cherry with green chenille fabric and it's held up really well in the year we've had it.

I have a wooden glider that was a hand me down from my sister in law. I looked at comfy cushiony rockers and l LOVED one. But I decided to use the free one instead. It works and we have put in some serious time in that chair. However that said I wish I had gotten the chair that I loved. That and maternity clothes that made me feel pretty are the two things I wish I had splurged on!
