2+ MOM's...do you ever firm up??

I'm frustrated, as many of us are. I'm back to what I weighed before I got pregnant. 5'4" /145lbs/ healthy BMI and I work out regularly...but everything is just saggy and ughhh! I have more rolls than I've ever had and just feel soft.

My mom recently mentioned that you do start firming up as time goes on and you keep exercising...and in my mind I'm thinking...and then you do it all again! (b/c I'll want to start to TTC again in about 2yrs)

Thanks for listening. I'm going to Cabo in 3 months and I just want to feel comfortable again... :o/ I guess I will have to lose more weight

  • What are you doing when you work out?  How often and for how long?

  • anything from a long walk, elliptical machine, free weights and sit-ups. But most of the time I do work-out videos (jillian michaels) curcuit training like. I exercise about 4x per week for 30-45min
