I'm frustrated, as many of us are. I'm back to what I weighed before I got pregnant. 5'4" /145lbs/ healthy BMI and I work out regularly...but everything is just saggy and ughhh! I have more rolls than I've ever had and just feel soft.
My mom recently mentioned that you do start firming up as time goes on and you keep exercising...and in my mind I'm thinking...and then you do it all again! (b/c I'll want to start to TTC again in about 2yrs)
