Who has a vacation/trip coming up?

I am so dying for warm weather. It was weirdly warm here yesterday (60s, but pouring rain, figures) and I am itching for Spring.

I've seen a few air travel tips posts recently - where's everyone going, if anywhere, for Spring Break?

Let me daydream about your plans.

I'm going to FL in March. DH won't be with us - he is Best Man for his friend's upcoming wedding and the bachelor party is the same week. I'm going with my Mom & Dad and both kiddos. Should be nice to get some sun & sand time in, but most of our days will be traveling around - three separate grandparents (my kids' great-grandparents) to visit in different cities.

I just went buck wild shopping for cute Spring/Summery things for DD and am about to explode with excitement in anticipation of doing a photo shoot of her first time on the beach.

I'm not concerned about the flight (which is direct, thank God) since I'll have both of my parents with me. DS hasn't flown since he was 8 months old, so this will be his first time flying as far as he's concerned. He's going to love it.

Super annoying details to figure out like renting carseats and a PNP and all that jazz, but whatev.

Hope others have some fun trips to look forward to! Helps a lot at this time of year. I hate the Jan/Feb doldrums.

We aren't going anywhere for spring break, but we are planning a trip to the Outer Banks in the summer. When I was little, we used to rent a house near Cape Cod. I'm excited for E to have a similar vacation experience, but where it is warmer. :]

We're heading to Texas in March, we're driving which is 14.5 miles but making a road trip out of it with stops along the way. The only members of my family who have met DS is my parents so this is so everyone can meet him. My mom will be keeping DS one night so that DH and I can have an us night. I'm excited, our first family vacation.

We're in the middle of Minnesota winter, and are packing up for California for a month. My husband is going on business, so LO and I are going to tag along! SO excited to spend some time outside on walks!

Exactly 100 days until our beach vacation! We are going to stay a week with my inlaws at Garden City Beach, SC (right outside of Myrtle Beach). My parents are also going with us, should be a lot of fun and sun!

We're going to Orlando next Friday for 5 days. It's a convention for H's work, so he'll be gone most of the day, but I'm looking forward to getting some sun and doing some shopping.

We are heading to Guatemala in March to see my H's family. It will be the first time they get to meet LO. Excited for that but wishing we could go somewhere warm and sunny. They live in the mountain area of Guatemala so the temp is in the 50-60's. Coming from MN it will be warmer but I would rather be in 80-90 degree weather.

We're going to the DC area over February vacation week to visit my family. We'll have fun but it's not exactly a vacation through which you want to live vicariously.

We are suppose to fly to Florida Saturday but Addie has come down with the plague or something and after 2 trips to the pedi, we are ER bound. Florida doesn't look to promising at this point.

We're taking DS1 to an indoor water park in a few weeks. It's nowhere warm, but I'm looking forward to spending time with just him.

DH and I would like to go somewhere for a weekend, but can't figure out where to go.

We just booked a trip to Myrtle Beach but we're not going until September. So I'll suffer through the rest of this winter in the freezing cold. Boo.

Spring Break? I graduated from college awhile ago

For reals... my only vacay is a week down the shore in August. We usually go to OBX every year, but with just losing my dad, we thought we'd stay local this year and head to OCNJ. It's an ocean front house though, so yay! Can't wait.

ETA: Oh, and I'm going to Hawaii in June. It's for work, but DH will be coming with and it should be fun. Neither of us has ever been!

Were going to Dallas in March. Have to go home and see the family. Plus start scouting out some places to possibly move to. It will be a very busy time but we have all plans to at least get the older two over to six flags for a day.

We're not flying though. It's only a 7 hour drive and with us leaving in the afternoon the twins can sleep a good bit of the time.

We're going to VEGAS! I actually don't love Vegas...but it's warmer, my friends are going to be there and it's a weekend away from the kids (well, that part is good and bad).

We're going next month, so I am excited!

I am going on a carribean cruise in April. We live in OR so it will be a flight across the country to FL and then a five night cruise. When we get off the ship, we will stay in Miami Beach for 2 days and then return to the Oregon rain.

I am excited, and nervous!

We are going to Maui in April with the in laws and then an Alaskan cruise with my mom and her husband. Both should be lovely. I can't wait to go play.

we are going to florida in march for my grandparents 90th birthday. they haven't met colby yet so i'm really excited, I haven't seen them since our wedding in 2011. my parents and siblings are going so it should be fun but we are all flying down different dates/times. i'm not too nervous about the flight though, my dad used to be a pilot so i grew up on planes, keagan has already been on a ton of flights, and i will have dh to help me.
