If all goes well...

If all goes well, we should be able to officially say we've sold our condo sometime this week.

The inspection went well, and while the buyers want to have a look at the written report before they sign the final papers, they're already meeting with their bank today to get the final paperwork sent to our bank (they were pre-approved, so we know financing won't be an issue for them).

Soooo... with any luck, DH and I will be putting up our "SOLD" sign sometime this weekend. Eeeeeek!

No, that was me. Our original offer had a move in date a few weeks before my EDD. Unfortunately, the sellers made us push it back to mid-May, so we'll be moving with a one-month old in tow. Yay. Thank goodness we have 2 weeks to move, which DH will take off as part of his paternity leave, and we will still be able to take the girls to DC during that time.

Ugh that doesn't sound fun. But at least you can take your time and DH will be around to help!

It could definitely be worse. My family has already offered to come and help, and if you'll remember, DD1 keeps asking for DD2's teacher (Monica) to come and baby sit them, which Monica says she would love to, so DH won't be alone to do it all.
