Tmi!!! Help! sex question

I was wondering if anyone else experiences uterine contractions/cramping after orgasm? I am 8 wks and every time I have one for about 5 to10 minutes after it feels like postpartum contractions kinda. Then it goes away. No bleeding or anything. I have an appointment this coming Tues, but wanted to ask cause I am sure my husband and I will not hold out till then.

    It is not TMI and it is very normal, it will get stronger further into your pregnancy.

    Thanks! Wanted to be sure it wasn't something I should be concerned about. Though I hope they don't get much stronger, as it is I kinda curl up and breath or have hubby rub my belly till it subsides.

    I read in a few books that is common after and orgasam. Which is making me a bad wife and scared to have sex.... Poor DH, is been a while.... I'm gonna be caving in soon tho... I'm having trouble holding out!

    Yep, totally normal. DH is afraid to haves ex because of it...although I've explained it 100 times.

    BFP #2 04/25/12 EDD 01/04/13(?) confirmed ectopic 05/16/12 6 wks 5 days 2 doses of MTX-Lost left tube on 05/25/12 Back to TTC, earlier than originally expected.
    BFP #3 01/05/13 EDD 09/17/13 u/s 1/24/13-great appt, measuring 2 days ahead, NT scan 3/11/13-great scan measuring 4 days ahead, A/S 4/29/13-another great scan can't wait to meet my baby BOY!!!!!

    It made my husband worried too, and for a while he was holding out a few to many days then he started getting edgey, so then I just did my best to down play it and let him no it goes away and I am fine. I suspected ;
