Did anybody else go through this? My LO hates being carried in the Moby. Is there anything I can do? I put her in when she is happy but then she starts crying.
I had this happen for a bit. He really didn't like the newborn hold, he hated being swaddled too so I think he liked having room as a newborn. As soon as he was big enough for the hug hold, he loved it and would instantly fall asleep.
I'm sorry I don't have advice, I just had to wait it out to try a different hold.

Pretty much the same as this. He just hated having his arms and legs all squished up. He prefers the Ergo to the Moby now that he's a little bigger.
Ditto to the PP. My DD also hated the swaddle too. Also-after she started tolerating it she would occasionally fight it knowing it would put her to sleep lol.

What carry are you using? If you aren't already, try wearing her legs out (many babies don't like legs in and it's fine to do legs out from birth). Also get moving! Sometimes it just takes some walking/bouncing to get baby settled and used to something new
Try a different hold (the hug hold is our fav) and then walk/bounce for a few minutes and hopefully he'll settle. DD loves the Moby most of the time, but when she's irritable, I just bounce around with her and give her her binkie and she's usually out or calm within a few minutes. I also make sure to hum/talk to her and pat her bottom frequently while she's in it.
We have been doing the newborn hold. I am going to try it again later today and I will make sure I will walk around a bit with her. We dont swaddle her arms at night so maybe she is not used to being in such a tight spot.
