Every Thursday, I plan to post the "Get Your A** In Gear Challenge". Many of us are trying to get fit and healthy, and what's a better way to do it than among your peers?
For motivation, here is a recent pic of my new-found "guns". Ha!
And...here is this week's challenge:
Hold a squat against the wall (easier on the knees for those that might have problems) for as long as you can. When doing the squats, you will need to keep your arm to the sides (putting them on your knees legs makes it easier) an as close to a 90 degree angle as you can. The goal again is to do the best time you can and engage in friendly competition with those participating. When you are done, just post an update here with your time. Now, who wants in?
