Is it "llightning crotch"?

I have seen posts where women have mentioned the term "lightning crotch" before, but I didn't know what it was.

I have been having sharp shooting pains in my vagina or cervix every once in awhile since yesterday evening. Is that what it is? And I have had RLP it's not that.

I don't know what else it would be and it definitely is not dehydration I drink over 100 oz of water a day!
