Temping with PCOS and Endo?

Alright ladies.... I need some help! DH and I are working on baby #2. We are going on 1 year of being off BCP and 6 months of actually "trying" (checking CM, sperm meets egg plan) and have had no such luck. My cycles have been exactly 29 days since coming off birth control. Ive never temped bc I read that it isnt valid with PCOS. I also have endometriosis, so that isnt helping! Any suggestion? Any ladies with PCOS have any luck with temping? TIA!!!!

    I don't have PCOS, so I could be wrong, but I don't believe there's any reason temping wouldn't be effective for those ladies.

    Age: Me 26, DH 27, Married Oct. 10, 2009 ,TTC since March 2012
    Problem: Irregular menstruation, unexplained
    Nov&Dec-Provera because of no period after 35+ days
    First RE appt 1/10/2013
    Tests: TSH (normal), Prolactin (normal), SA (abnormal)
    Hysteroscopy (normal) and PCOS labs (negative/normal) 1/15/2013
    2/1/13- HPT BFP but Beta Hcg was negative
    Plan: Femara + Trigger + IUI in April if no real BFP before then Bloggy Blog!

    I've always gotten pretty accurate cross hairs during the cycles I did ovulate. This month is crazy and FF is confused, but I've been sick and didn't get much sleep for a week.

    I have PCOS and I've had no problems detecting ovulation through temping. Not sure where you read that temping isn't valid when you have PCOS, but it wasn't correct information.

    If you ovulate your temps should reflect that, PCOS or not.  If you're having not ovulating the temps might be all over the place and therefore may seem to be "not valid" but if you're ovulating you should be just fine :)
