Hi Ladies -
After much encouragement I'm officially introing over here. Some of you know me from TTGP.
Long story short: H and I have been TTC for a year. I had two losses in 2011 one resulting in a D&C (see siggy). My first RE appt is scheduled for 02/14/13 (yay! Happy Valentines Day?!?)
I look forward to getting to know those of you that I don't know better - and soaking up even more knowledge as I head down this road. I'm nervous but also am also keeping positive about our future.
Any and all advice as we head towards our first RE appointment is welcomed! And of course any questions for me (about my history, whatever) is always welcomed too!

Dx: Feb '13 - HSG shows clear tubes but minor diverticulitis; Borderline DOR; Low DHEA and low testosterone.
Moving on to IUI or IVF.

After almost 2 years of TTC and fertility treatments we got a surprise BFP in May 2013
Sorry you have to be here, but GL at your first RE appt.
My advice is write down any questions you have before hand, because the first appt. itself can be overwhelming with the amount of info they give you and you don't want to forget to ask all of your questions.
Welcome, I'm sorry you have to be here.
My only advice is be prepared for date with the vag cam. Some doctors will do an ultrasound at your consultation, depending on where you are in your cycle. My current RE did an ultrasound, but thanks to these lovely ladies I was prepared for the possiblity.

DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA
October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos
November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues. Converted to freeze all due to lining issues. 2 blasts frozen on day 6!
January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues
April 2015: FET #2.1

Nov&Dec-Provera because of no period after 35+ days
First RE appt 1/10/2013
Tests: TSH (normal), Prolactin (normal), SA (abnormal)
Hysteroscopy (normal) and PCOS labs (negative/normal) 1/15/2013
2/1/13- HPT BFP but Beta Hcg was negative
Plan: Femara + Trigger + IUI in April if no real BFP before then Bloggy Blog!
Depending on where you are in your cycle they may do an US then. Mine waited until after my BW and SA came back to do one at the second appointment.

BFP #1: 2/15/12-Ectopic/Mtx at 6 wks
BFP #2: 10/12/12-m/c at 5 wks.
Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies. ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts.
Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy. Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!
